Donny the chef welcomes you to his kitchen to witness a battle beyond anything you have seen before. See Donny conjour his super duper kitchen weapon from his magic bag and then it's off to the kitchen to do battle with the evil Beanz!

This movie would never have happened if it were not for a challenge set by the organisers of Film Shed, formally POV. The competition asked us to make a no budget short using a piece of frankly daft even surreal dialouge, one named prop and a duration limit of no more than 3 minutes.

We rose to the challenge and using Tuesday's tiny handycam we set to work finding all sorts of silly shots in which we could use our chef puppet without showing any human interaction.

After the film was produced we got rid of any trace of the film as we were not pleased with the quality of the production and we felt slightly humiliated by our efforts.

A couple of weeks later we got a letter informing us that our little film had reached the final of this Welsh filmmakers challenge. We felt so proud that our silly childish kung-foo spoof had done so well for us.

Although we did not win the challenge we found that we had a tallent for this and we are now planning a sequal. Keep watching...
